I tried putting a thumbdrive, formatted it, and assigned the letter X to drive and I actually got further into the installation process but towards the end I get a pop up saying "The specified account already exists". "Epic Games Launcher" or even Fortnite isn't on my apps and program list. I can't get the Epic Games Launcher to install because when I run the installer, it recognizes my old hard drive (assigned with the drive letter X:\\) and gives me an error code. Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe. Once done restart your computer for the changes to take effect and try to re-download the Epic game launcher. I replaced a hard drive recently and I reinstalled most of my games, except Fortnite.
